Chavatel builders was established in 1984 by Richard Chavatel.  Prior to starting his building company, Richard spent 10+ years in the home improvement and remodeling business. Working side by side with his father , Ed, who was also a builder in the 70's, Richard's interest grew in home building, and has flourished into what it is today. Having earned the respect of many clients and real estate professionals over the years, Richard has great pride in his profession. He contributes his success through referrals from the many great clients and real-estate professionals he has worked with over the years.
